Yesterday only, Google bought the American mobile manufacturing company Motorola Mobility Holdings in around 12.5 Billion Dollars i.e Rs 56,750 Crores approximately.
With this purchase, Google will get a nice exposure and standing in the mobile handset market and now it will give a tremendous competition to its biggest competitor 'Apple'. Apart from this, companies such as Samsung electronics, HTC corp and LG electronics will also be impacted by this.
In this manner, Google will also get the different types of patent rights which will be used by it to expand its product and service range. Furthermore, Google will be become even more powerful in the areas of both software and hardware. Till now it was exceptionally strong and settled in the software sector, but now it will get strength in hardware sector too.
